I honestly should have listened to the reviews but I was desperate. Carmen's attitude is so disgusting. Someone like that should absolutely NOT be in business. She makes her prices as she goes so ask her what she charges first! Even then she'll give you a different price when you get there. She collects money first so BEWARE. She's so rude I'm still in shock. Not a friendly person at all.

Mike is wonderful! I’ve been coming to him for a year now for a color & cut. He always does an amazing job. He’s such a nice guy and easy to talk to. My hair always looks great after he’s done. I haven’t been disappointed once!

Absolutely should've listened to the reviews. I know people can be picky about their hair care and I was desperate so I took them with a grain of salt. Carmen gave me a same day Saturday appointment and I was beyond grateful. I got there thanked her for taking me last minute and she simply said "you can sit over there". While I was under the dryer Carmen shampooed her next client and proceeded to tell a story that involved calling somebody a b**, mf*** and n** I don't consider myself a prude and i know shops are often casual but you'd think she'd be more professional with a first time customer. She later talked about a CHILDS hair the minute the adult that brought the child stepped out of the salon. I could've ignored almost all of this if my hair came out good. She yanked, pulled, huffed and acted like she didn't want to do my hair the entire time. Only for me to get home and discover a COMPLETELY singed piece that she attempted to tuck and hide. Terrible. From start to finish. My fir
