Waited 1 HOUR after our appt for the the OWNER chay to get their. Her co worker had to call her to come in for the appointment and i messaged her as well. She did NOT apologize. She also ask if I can send the picture to see if she can work on my hair wich i sent her everything in our messages . I did it even tho she asked to send it again.. . She said yes we can work with your hair after checking my hair and stated my hair was over processed from the previous hairstylist (which her co worker did my hair few months ago but didn't know that until i told her) then said its my fault because I didn't take care of it ..She talked to her co worker about how she was cleaning her house before coming because shes going to be tired when she gets home. (Im guessing thats the reason she came late). At the end the results DOES NOT look like I wanted and it literally looks like she left my outgrowing roots and just toned my hair. Still paid for it but will defintely not take my service their. Ver
