Been going here for years. Sherry is incredible at waxing and Ava cuts my hair and she is on point everytime. She is very skilled and makes her clients feel happy and comfortable

I’m not picky on my hair at all. I’ve had bad cuts, bad colors. No sweat. I usually go home and fix it myself. During the pandemic I realized it’s dumb to keep wasting money on hairdressers when I can do it myself. For Christmas, my boyfriend offered to take me to a salon. I read comments on here and had faith that this time would be different, I’d get a good haircut/color.. Not only was I wrong about that, but the entire place felt snobby. I went in sweatpants and no makeup and they acted like I was disgusting- I’m a mom! Ridiculous. I’m not going to dress up just to go to the salon. I didn’t complain but I did mention that the vibes were uncomfortable and asked if they could possibly treat their clients with a little more respect and friendliness - especially since it’s ridiculously overpriced here. I was met with an aggravated, dismissive, accusatory response from the stylist. Will not name her here out of respect for her privacy but I will definitely never go back to Luxe. Probably
