I had a dip powder done by Kevin yesterday and it was PHENOMAL. Beautifully done!! I am very picky and never write reviews but I need to tell everyone how great he was. Ann has been doing my pedicures for 15 years and she is THE BEST as well! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
