Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Was planning to call but decided to walk in because we happened to be next door. There were a couple of clients being assisted and everyone was chatting. One employee sort of glanced over for half a second and then continued talking to the other employee. I went to the front desk to check pricing and wait for someone to come up. Not only was I never even greeted but no one ever came up to the desk or acknowledged that I was there and someone would be up shortly. Needless to say, we walked out and went elsewhere. Over $100 service they could have had but I guess they didn’t need the business.

Cindy is a great artist. I went for the first time and impressed by the haircut she made. She was doing her job with asking me what I wanted. Yes, we had other talk too. I found her very polite. I returned happy from the salon. Definitely commendable. I’m sure I’ll prefer her for my future hair cut. She’s the best in town.

I am SO glad I decided to stop in here the last time I needed a cut and met Cyndi, my new stylist going forward! I was a little nervous trying someone new- my hair is at that fun, over 55 thinning stage and isn't the easiest to make look decent but I had a style that worked for me and all I needed was a trim and some reshaping that I just couldn't justify spending over $80.00 for at the previous salon I'd used. Cyndi took that style and made it even better! She is a great communicator and after asking me how I wanted it to look, she proceeded to carefully cut it, checking in with me as she went. It turns out she is a real artist and has a natural intuition in how to adapt a style to what looks best for that client. She is caring, gentle and conscientious and I left the shop feeling good about my look again, all at a more than reasonable price and short wait time- highly recommend!
