Today, I went there for a gel manicure for the first time because of the good reviews. However, I am not happy with my nails. The person working on my nails did not pay attention to what I wanted and was distracted by other people. I asked him for gel manicure with color but he did powder without asking me. He did not even do a manicure on my nails, just applied powder and finished without cleaning or adding any color. To make matters worse, he tried to charge me $45 for this poor service. I paid $33 for nothing. I am very dissatisfied and will never go back there.
Absolutely the very best experience! My pedicure was relaxing and excellent! My gel mani was EXACTLY what I wanted but didn’t quite know how to convey it. Tim was great at understanding the EXACT type of nail I was wanting!
