Twyla and Company

My hair was pretty dry and damaged from too much processing. I read all the great reviews so I went to Twyla and asked for help! She knew just what to do, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for damaging my hair (it's happened before). She was so kind, she clearly knows and loves what she is doing! I will definitely be going back, and recommend her to my friends!

Went for a blowout. Was quoted a price over the phone. Waited to my appointment time, then headed in. I was greeted right away and taken to wash my hair. During my hair being washed, a comment was made about my hair being dirty, which made me upset. I had just gotten over being really sick, and that was part of the reason I was there. The comment made me feel bad about myself, which is not okay. I was then told that I was quoted the wrong price and that it was actually 20 dollars more than the original price I was given. Well, I would not have come for that price. But I was already there getting my hair washed, so I really didn't have the choice to leave. While I was getting my blowout I was told that my hair was too heavy and that it would not hold a curl which is odd because I've been told the opposite by every other salon I've ever been to. The owner is absolutely amazing! I was really looking forward to getting a simple trim as the last time I had my hair cut was in November, and Twyla was quick and friendly. I love my hair, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Service: Haircut
