I severely needed some help with my hair as it had been over 6-months since my last cut it dye. I was up in the area during a trip and passed by Salon West. I decided to stop and just see if they had any availability. The employees were all so nice and helpful. They were also very accommodating and made some tile for me at the end of the day, and were patient with me when I called and mentioned id be a few minutes late. My stylist already knew the color I’d like and really helped me make decisions based on my hair type and color. She was also helpful regarding my curly hair. I had to tell her my horror story getting my hair cut by a stylist that had no idea how to cut curly hair and how traumatized I was. She was very kind, listened, and made sure to cut my hair dry and get rid of the dry, damaged areas while keeping the length.
