She cares & takes the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. Cielitoh Nails is both knowledgeable and professional, truly exceeding at her craft. I would highly recommend anyone coming to her. She can create her own designs and I have always left satisfied. From simple designs to complex she can do it all.
