I’ve been going to Brow Mantra for 6 years now and they are consistently great. I’ve been to different places out of necessity here and there and they have never done as well as Brow Mantra in my opinion. I definitely trust the technicians there!
Excellent place! She did an excellent job. Then, accidentally the employee charged me $11 too much on my CC and after calling and leaving a message, I received a prompt call back from the manager who made sure it was put back in my bank account within 3 business days. She followed through and I have appreciated her business savvy when mistakes by her employee were made. Honest and responsible. I really appreciate it!
So far my favorite, consistent threading place in Santa Monica. I also love that there hasn’t been any kind wait times. Metered or street parking may be a little tricky but I’m able to find at least one every time.
