Bombshell Salon

I’ve been their client for a long time but the last two times have been a complete disaster. I always book my haircuts with the same stylist but the last two times when I arrived at the salon they told me my stylist wasn’t there and gave me some random stylist. That was extremely frustrating. I live 20 miles away from the salon and take my time out of the day to get there and I expect to have an appointment with the person I booked it with. There was no heads-up from the salon that the stylist has been changed. They handled it horribly too: no apologizing for the inconvenience, nothing like this. They first time it happened, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I booked an appointment with another stylist. Then I found the confirmation that booked it with my usual stylist. What is the point of selecting the stylist if you won’t have an appointment with them anyway. I ended up agreeing to have another stylist to cut my hair today and that was a disappointment too. Booked a haircut and color after being away for a month and heading back to Australia. Loved the salon and my stylist ( Catherine I think?) . Couldn’t have been happier ????

TERRIBLE hair salon left my friends hair ravished. The owner, Eric, has been harassing her ever since to remove her negative review going so far as to calling her an “angry racist” when he is a white man and she is a Brown woman. He’s been texting, and messaging her from various Instagram account and will not leave her alone. He’s a terrible business owner and a mean spirited person. Service: Balayage
