3.7 is probably the most accurate rating. ambience is great but i wasn’t super happy with my manicure at all. i just needed my natural nails cleaned up until i could see my usual mani tech and was expecting to leave with my hands looking “polished” not messy. :/ the pedicure was absolutely wonderful and probably the best / most comprehensive one i’ve gotten on the west coast. the girl who did my mani was clearly rushing and the color was sheer, with holes in multiple places and smudged on a few nails, when i asked for more coats she told me the top coat was already applied and just fixed one of smudges, within a few hours 75% of the nails ended up looking super uneven and lifting. the shape is also superrr uneven on my mani which is kind of confusing given the short length they were cut to. if you go, i would probably stick to the pedicures and try to get booked with the older lady. (i can’t recall her name :/) she did an absolutely wonderful job on my pedi!! 5 stars, i will absolutel

Been going here for about 2-3 years now. I have never had a bad manicure. I have acrylics and we put gel polish over them for a truly beautiful, long lasting manicure. They have a large assortment of gel polishes and special finishes and glitters. The salon is bright and clean and comfortable . Highly recommend

One of the best places in LA, but simply because almost nobody knows how to do nails they do good job on hard gel, always nice music playing, vibe is overall really pleasant and most likely you’ll get good nails at the end but… I would just trust them blindly, meaning is you know what you like you should watch the process, control, correct… they have one type of nail file and it’s extremely harsh so 5 sec you’ll get distracted and your nails are no longer long or the right shape… same goes for bubbles is you like chrome powders-double heck yourself before curing. Also towels they are using are so old and stained, ripped-must be replaced long time ago, especially for the prices they charge it’s embarrassing, yet they keep on using them and it’s one towel during whole job so your hands won’t be clean at the end. Same goes for brush when used to dust off filled gel or your hands… so overused, dirty, it takes a few $ to get all new stuff, kind a shocking they don’t… as well as simple h
