Everytime i need something the first stop i make is ulta and always have what i need! Great customer service and when i can't find an iteam i ask for help and they were able to find it in a second

(cross-posted from yelp) Was shopping in this store and witnessed an employee named JoJo being extremely rude to a new employee. Said employee was kind to me and asked me if I needed help earlier. She simply asked him a question and he snapped very rudely at her for no reason, in front of me any my friends. He berated her for asking a question and told her in a very rude manner that she can worry about that after her shift. All she did was ask a question? It wasn't even busy, and they were fifteen minutes from closing. First of all, it was very unprofessional to snap at a fellow employee in front of customers. It made us very uncomfortable and angry on her behalf. JoJo, you're rude and hypocritical. How dare you. You don't talk to people like that.
