Place had low reviews, but we couldn't get into anywhere with high reviews until 2pm (it was 9a!). I've been to several nail salons in Santa Maria and can tell you that this one is the best I've been to for pedi (Mani's here are not good). It's not the fanciest place and some of the massage chairs are worn from use, but it is clean and the pedi service is great. This will now be my go-to place for that. The air doesn't smell like chemicals and the staff are detailed. Quiet ambiance without tv distractions or music, so you can really zen. This was my hub's first time at a nail spa. Simple mani and pedi. He didn't think he'd like it, but he does thanks to the pampering this nail spa delivers. And they are properly staffed with good time management skills to handle busy early Saturday mornings (nail salon under staffing drives me bananas!). For men, this salon got a few solo males while we were being worked on. It seems to be a comfortable, non-threatening place for all genders.

This place is so bad they didn’t clean up my nails they cut my finger. It looked like my little sister did my nails so not professional and they charged me $55 i will never go there again. i also asked for a pedicure and they didn’t do any of that they just painted my toes i didn’t even get to put them in water and they charged me for a pedicure. I was a walk-in to this nail salon, they were able to seat me for a pedicure promptly and took good care of me. Good callous removal, nice leg scrub, massage and warm towel afterwards! This is a clean facility with comfy massage chairs. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Pacific Nails & Spa! :)
