I have been going to Lux you Nails since they opened.I love working with my Nail Tech Chloe she does amazing work. Keven is non stop having me in laughs! Great sense of human!The staff is amazing! I was excited to try Lux for the first time today and was able to walk-in for a pedicure. I got the $57 Deluxe Gel Pedicure and was a little disappointed by the service and the experience but the pedicure itself was great. The chairs are nice, the salon is clean and the music was relaxing. The customer service was barely okay, but maybe it was an off day. Service: Pedicure
Once I was seated in the chair for the pedicure, I waited for twenty-five minutes before i decided to leave. I was really looking forward to the pedicure, the prices are very reasonable and they offer a complimentary drink, but their customer service is very poor. I would not recommend them.
