I made an appointment days before. I wanted to cut my very long hair short. A big deal hair cut!! I'm 53 and my hairs been long since 14. I asked for layers in the back and to frame my face with bangs. A big change, so I showed her a photo. I think she glanced at to give her an idea on what I was leaning towards. She didn't care! I asked if she had to wet it, or, can she dry cut it? She said she could dry cut it. BIG MISTAKE! my hairs very wavy and it came out uneven, some of my bangs where as long as the back. My son had to help trim it. She framed my face by grabbing my hair and running the scissors down that hurt so bad my eyes watered. Still didn't frame it at all, I'm left confused, It was so uneven and frizzy. I had to go to another salon yesterday to fix my hair. Bummer ????
