Appointments are required these days, no walk ins. I tried calling twice but always got the voicemail - I found it easier in the end to message the owner on Instagram and she responded quickly and got me set up with an appointment with someone the next day. When I got there (weekday afternoon), the salon was empty, so it was like a nice private haircut with my hairdresser - nice for COVID times where you hope there's less people around! The salon is nice and clean, and uses high quality products. I've been coming several times with different hairdressers and have always had a positive experience! Payment can be done by credit card, and you can tip via Venmo which is convenient given many people don't carry cash anymore.
Kim is the shiznit! Been seeing her for at least 4 or 5 years now. I have super curly hair, but wear my bangs blunt, and straight. She always takes the time to make sure they are even, and for someone with (diagnosed) mild OCD, that is heavily appreciated.
I’ve only been there once because the appointment I scheduled for today wasn’t put in. The one time I went I really like the stylist and the absolute only thing I can complain about with her is I had ONE area that was cut straight across when I wanted it all blended. Otherwise she was great. I booked an appointment for a keratin treatment and cut but I guess the young lady put it on a different date. So I walked all the way up there and sat waiting to find out I didn’t have an appointment. Kinda embarrassing but hey whatever. Just when you make an appointment ensure it is put on the books.
