I went in with Nikki for the works. I have medium dark brown hair and wanted to go pretty icy blonde. Nikki went above and beyond my expectations and my hair looks fabulous. It took four hours but she was lovely to talk to and very thorough and great at her job! The atmosphere of the salon was super nice and I will definitely come back for touch ups!!

I was new to town and looking for somewhere to get my hairdone. I wanted natural color so I asked around and was said Walter Claudio has Aveeda. So this brand is new to me and I was like why not. I had an appoitment at 10 or 11am and had to be at work by 4pm. I let the stylest, Britney, know ahead of time. Pictures were shown of how I requested my style and color to be. I got nothing of the sort. My hair appointment went past 4pm to strip....yes strip my hair and a simple cut (which was not the cut I asked for). The color was NOT completed as discussed during the consult. I was late to work. I still paid......$200.00 or $250.00 at that and had to come back a subsequent day and spent another maybe good hour and still my cut was not really what I requested. I have gotten my hair done many times at a less cost, better job, gotten color and cut, and taken less time. I waited for months before I ventured out for my next cut and color and with hard earned savings decided on Dustin at Walter Claudio. I had been growing my hair out for ages. He seemed confident but abrasive on the head and hair. Well, I wasn't happy with the final finishes but figured I could fix the blow out. Not exactly, but still figured in 2 months it would fix itself until this moment. I just saw the back!! He had never offered a look and now I know why. What was supposed to be blonde is brown and it's completely uneven! Without a doubt. My boyfriend who tries to lie me into loving my hair even admitted it. I tried to act positive about the fact that my hair looked nothing like he had promised or like the pictures I had brought in from the front, but now I am absolutely gutted and devastated with no money in the budget for a repair. His assistant, Amanda however, was amazing and that is who I am giving the one star to. Gutted.
