The Barber Shop

Excellent hair cut, courteous staff. I'll definitely go back. That was a year ago. Not anymore. Barber was an hour late to the appointment. After my Yelp review, suddenly, the haircut was going to be comped and I just missed my barber. Only...it was an hour. My wife came to pick me up ,so as I left without a haircut, we moved her car, and walked past the shop (10 minutes later), and still no barber. Must be new math. I won't be going back.

Excellent experience - we drive there from Agoura Hills for haircuts now as they are fantastic. McKenzie is an awesome stylist. The place is clean, professional, and designed very well. Price is well worth the drive to Santa Barbara.

I was super disappointed in my haircut today. I came in a few months ago and got an amazing haircut and was excited to go back in to get it redone for a wedding next weekend. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication on my part, or if my reference photo was bad, but I feel absolutely awful and I want to crawl under a rock. I specifically asked not to cut the front part of my bangs completely straight, since I prefer them shaggy, but that’s what he did. I don’t think i’ll come back to this location after this, which is a shame because it has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. Services: Scissor cut, Haircut
