I have had the worst experience in my life! I had been seeing Jennifer Kemp. Jennifer comes off as being very sweet, she seems like a nice person and in the beginning i had her undivided attention as we all want when someone does our hair. OMG Jen triple booked my appointment, she said she used a hair color I had been continuing to use for a year. Going to try and include pictures. Jen evidently did not use that same color as you will be able to see in the pictures. Jen has accumulated too many clients. The money became too important in my eyes. Rushed my hair appt. doing 2 other clients while i was there. I wanted my hair layered around the front, i hate blunt cuts! She used the Redkin 6nn but, used a 10 processor which we had never used before. My hair looks terrible! Its so dark on the top, nothing like my hair color. I am 62 years old and dating! This is the last thing i needed. My hair looking terrible! So here is what happened, i tried to tell her how i wanted it cut i wanted it

I love Amari. I have seen Jennifer for years and she always gets my blond just right. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I’m not one to complain nor write negative review. I’m a very understanding person and understand there are cancellations, however this was not the case. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gabby, in fact, I have always left satisfied until recently. This past weekend I had an appointment with her at 2 and it was something I have been looking forward for the past 2 months since I scheduled this in the beginning of April. I haven’t had my hair done in ages and the timing of my appointment couldn’t have been more perfect since I have a wedding coming up. I was utterly devastated when Gabby did not show up. Not only was it unprofessional, I felt absolutely disrespected. To make matters worse, I texted her and she never responded. If she had just taken the time to respond, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review but that was obviously too much to ask for. With the level of skills, it’s shocking how she lacks professionalism and doesn’t seem to comprehend the concept of time and how I t
