I went to get my hair cut and they charged me $60. I thought it was reasonable because Alondra did a good job. It’s an okay haircut, but definitely not what I wanted. I still decided to give her a 20% tip, but when I checked my bank account, it said that they charged me $346. However, it’s still pending. I let Alondra know, and she sent me the receipt and she told me that the total was $117 and even then it still doesn’t make sense because I gave her a 20% tip which would only be $12, not $57. She told me that after the transaction processes, that they’ll only be charging $117, but that has never happened to me before, so I’m confused. I asked her if I could get the money back for the tip because it wasn’t what I tipped and she told me that she was unable to because the money was willingly given to her by the client. So, I got scammed. Please don’t waste your money on that salon. Service: Hairstyling

Love my hair! Brenda dyed my hair. I was not sure what color to go with but she was patient and listened and with her knowledge and recommendations we were able to come up with a color that we believed would go well with me. Service: Hair coloring

I went today with Alondra. She's amazing! I wanted my hair to look like Bella from Twilight and she pulled it off PERFECTLY! She's super sweet, very professional and really knows her stuff. The photos do not do the hair style justice, as I wasn't in the sun where that gorgeous red tone comes out. I'm already booked with her for the future, to ensure I get in with her. The salon is relaxing with great music playing. Great energy there. It's clean and bright and warm. Everyone there is very nice. Thank you so much Alondra! You are THE BEST!
