Terrible pedicure… technician said she would just cut a little…. She cut below the natural nail line and around the sides to reshape? and my foot is still throbbing. It was a painful pedicure on both feet. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Worst manicure ever. The worker could not understand a word I said so when I said to keep my nails long (naturally grown nails) and make a pointy shape, she did the opposite, ugly flat squares cut so short I may as well have been biting my nails instead of growing them out for this occasion. THEN when I started complaining she clipped my skin, making me bleed twice, leave nasty scabs on the side of my fingers that now hurt when I wash my hands. And it took two hours for no gel regular mani pedi where she was so rushed at the end due to poor planning she was just hacking off my nails into gross stubs. Don’t go Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I love this place but the the chairs end up being uncomfortable on the butt when you get a manicure and pedicure and are in them for about 2 and 1/2 hours and there actual appointment system could be better.
