Please please please do not go here. There are several things that went wrong during the hour and a half it took to get my hair done. First things first, my hair was very light blonde and I wanted my roots darker to create an ombré look with the area in the face being lighter. Two different people were applying color to my hair, both on different sides. When it came time to wash my hair out, they used a toner which was left in my hair way too long. My blonde then turned into a gray smoky color. After my hair was washed, it was blow dried. It was blow dried BEFORE any product or heat protectant was used and BEFORE my hair was brushed and/or combed out. I didn’t realized how terrible my hair looked until I got home and had better lighting. I had color on my forehead and the color was SO BLOTCHY. There was no blending whatsoever and my roots were almost black while my ends were over toned turning from blonde to gray. I HATED IT! I felt like I couldn’t even go out in public with my hair u
