My daughter had an appointment at 3:30pm for a trim and press. My daughter walked out exactly (4) hours later 7:30pm smh????????‍♀️ My daughter said there was only one person in shop working on (2) other ladies hairs plus my daughter! From my knowledge an appointment is made for the customer to have one on one service specifically in a time frame to have work done in a timely manner!!!!!! NOT (4) HOURS FOR A TRIM AND PRESS!!! A DEPOSIT WAS MADE FOR A SINGLE APPOINTMENT NOT FOR TWO OTHER LADIES TO ALSO GET THEIR HAIR DONE ON MY DAUGHTER'S APPOINTMENT TIME!!!!! I feel this shop took advantage of my daughter because she's a kid. Just had my daughter sit while she worked on the other ladies, taking turns in between heads, smdh!! ***NOT COVID-19 SAFE IF YOU'RE TOUCHING OTHER PEOPLE HEADS*** I WAS TOLD NO ONE COULD WAIT WITH MY DAUGHTER OTHERWISE I WOULD'VE BEEN IN THE SHOP TELLING THIS LADY TO HURRY UP AND SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING ON OTHER PEOPLES HEADS ON MY DAUGHTER'S APPOINTMENT TIME!!!!

SUPERB! Brandy did such a good job on my color and cut, and was even able to trim my boyfriends long hair while I was conditioning. My hair was a hot mess and I had a severely overgrown undercut and she took me from a washed out split-end blue green to a bright mix of purple and blue. She absolutely killed it! Nikita the owner is also very nice and everyone in the salon was pleasantly chatting with each other. Thanks again!

She gives you Motivational talks and keeps good conversation with out talking to much but keeps very nice appropriate conversations !! she thinks of everybody that’s in her shop she works with what you want so you can show her pictures or word it to her and she will give what u ask for !! And really listen to you if u don’t like something all you gotta do is ask her to change it and she will change it and make the style 100 times better this was my first time going to her and it won’t be my last go get your hair done and don’t walk run to making that appointment ????????????????❤️
