W's Salon

I really enjoyed my experience at W Salon! I have never had a hairstylist who cared so much about my hair but overall making me happy! Chris, did a wonderful job on my cut! He took his time, was patient but overall passionate about it! Even though some people say W salon is quite pricey, I personally think it was worth it! Because I have never seen a salon working together with so much joy and love! Definitely coming back!!

Always a relaxing and fun experience to be at W Salon and enjoy the personalities and talents of the people there. William has done my hair for many years and is like family. I admire his talents and warmth as a friend. He has built a great family of trusted talent and works very hard to please his customers.

I have sadly been a long term customer of W and seen many talented stylists leave. Chris is fantastic but the Salon's recent treatment of their 48 hour policy when they had scheduled me with their most expensive hairstylist next to William was just unacceptable. I have never seen this mentor stylist before so no blame on the stylist this the management style of the salon and the customer treatment. I called a good 24+ hours before and asked if they could schedule me on Sunday but they said no as they had no opening and also made me pay a cancellation fee of the full $130 dollars for not being able to make an appointment that I called about more than 24 hours in advance, as their "48 hour policy is for all customers no matter what the circumstances are even if they can't find me another appointment". Yes they have plenty of customers and don't care about customers like me, but in this day and age with inflation do you want to pay $130 for a cancellation??? If you are a working parent/pe
