Beware of Angie, as she can be quite unpredictable. Based on my own and others' experiences, I strongly advise against taking a chance with her. Angie uses a powerful bleach that lifts quickly but severely damages your hair. Instead, I recommend paying extra to have your hair professionally done elsewhere. Unfortunately, I suffered significant hair loss and ended up with uneven color. Despite informing Angie about my hair's condition and history, she neglected to perform a strand test, resulting in an uneven and patchy outcome, with half of my hair gone. Instead of taking responsibility, Angie lacked proper manners, ethics, and honesty. She refused to admit her mistakes and even blamed me for the damage. She went as far as trying to hide the fact that my hair was falling off. I overheard her discussing the unevenness and hair loss with her staff, yet she still insisted on charging me the full price.
