In 2 Cuts

Very rushed and haircut and trim was not proper. Charging $40 for this is just wrong. I had to do my own patch work to appear semi decent for work.

The service was very rushed, even though i booked my appointment on a weekday and there were literally no customers except us. “My” was my stylist. She cut my hair very roughly without any technique. Blow dry wasn’t great either, my hair was flat and wet. I have medium length hair, for basic layers haircut and a shoddy blow dry she charged me $50 excluding tip. The haircut was still looking decent in the salon, when i came back and look closely, the layers were all uneven and cut haphazardly. Not recommended at all! You can get a decent service at other salons at this price.

Did haircut on 12/27. Booked an appointment in advance with a specific person but unfortunately there was only 1 lady working. She didn’t even ask me for my appointment time or name or appointment number. Instead I was waiting for my turn about 30+ mins from my scheduled appointment time. It seems it was first come first serve basis. The only reason I gave one extra star was because the lady behaved nicely. Okay in terms of haircut. Have had much better haircuts at other places.
