Maxie work on my hair. I could not be happier with results. 100% going back again

I received a balayage and blow dry from Maxie at this location and she was wonderful. Super helpful and informative especially since it was my first time bleaching my hair. She helped me understand how much my hair could handle and we decided on a color together (my original plan of getting silver balayage fell through since my hair didn't get light enough and I didn't want to damage my hair too much by bleaching it twice). We were the last to leave the salon at around 8:30pm and she was super sweet and patient the whole time. I highly recommend getting your hair colored by Maxie.

This review is for Helene Rene who works at Ringolevio Salon. I had a Keratin treatment from Helene that didn't work at all. She charged me more at the appointment once I was in her chair than she originally told me. She did the Keratin, and I followed the procedure to a T, having had multiple Keratin treatments before. Two weeks later, the effects of the treatment had vanished. When I reached out to Helene to let her know that the treatment she sold me did not have its proper effect she told me it wasn't her problem. Mistakes happen but the honest thing to do is stand behind one's work. Helene, I wish you had fixed this problem for me. Ringolevio, please reconsider having someone at your salon who provides both subpar hair care and subpar customer service.
