I’ve been looking for a great layered, bouncy haircut for a long time and Myles absolutely delivered! He was super attentive during our consultation and explained what he was doing as he went along. He was friendly and fun to talk to and the final result is exactly what I wanted. The space is also warm and welcoming, and they use all organic products. I love the cut and I’ll absolutely be back! I have seen Myles at Principle for haircuts and bang trims a handful of times and I’ve left super happy with my cut each time. He was the first stylist I went to in SF after I moved from Chicago (and left behind my beloved stylist there!) and I am so happy I found him and Principle. He asks thoughtful questions to understand what you’re looking for and has a great sense for modern styling. In addition to being a great stylist, Myles is also very kind and I enjoy our conversations each visit! The salon itself is beautiful, comfortable, and charming. The salon itself is lovely. For having a small footprint the interior feels open and inviting. The retail has some delightful and unique products that lure you in every time. And last but not least, the stylist. Myles is such a talent and has hard earned my trust when it comes to how to achieve a certain style. I always feel heard and I always leave with thoughtful guidance on upkeep and care. I can’t recommend Myles enough.
