Recently went to Population for a cut and color and am very impressed! I saw Daly for my color who is not only really skilled in color techniques but also takes the time to understand exactly what you’re going for. Then I saw Bex for a cut who is also extremely talented. Would definitely be back here when I’m in town next!

Came here for a haircut and got the locations mixed up! I almost didn’t experience Dalia’s expert magical hands! Dalia was sooo soo kind for not canceling my appointment! I was 30mins late since I went to the nopa location first and my appt was at the mission location. She took her time and didn’t rush the whole haircut sesh. She even styled and made my new haircut soo soo fab. The whole experience and my new hairstyle is more than 5star! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
