LUX SF saved the day! I got my nails done by another neighboring salon —let’s call them Salon X— and they looked truly horrible (chunky, way too thick powder dip nails with asymmetrical and lumpy French tips). I paid over $100 for an ugly manicure and left Salon X knowing that I would have to go elsewhere to get them corrected, as the nail tech at Salon X was *not receptive to feedback.* So I left and immediately walked to LUX SF because it was open nearby, and I asked them to file down the nails to a reasonable size/shape/remove to French tips altogether as a result. They were reluctant at first because they made it clear they don’t do powder dip manicures—so if any mistakes were made in the process, they wouldn’t be able to correct it...but I was desperate and persuasive, so they agreed to help. And it was it a success! $25 later, I walked out with this lovely set—well shaped and smooth! Thank you so much for your help, LUX SF! I wish you did powder dip manicures in house, because I
