Arty Hair Salon

I never write reviews, and i’m sorry to do it now, but this time was so disappointing. I already had a haircut in this salon before, and it was okay. This time it was the worst salon experience ever. The stylist was friendly and nice, but seemed like she was in a rush and not skilled to do professional cuts, carelessly cutting off chunks of hair. Also, during washing and drying, she harshly rubbed by scalp and swayed my hair, which was not pleasant at all and even painful sometimes. When she was drying my hair, she almost didn't use the brush, only in the last minute, so I ended up getting a whatever uneven cut, no touch-ups, nothing. Strands aren’t laying properly and sticking out in all directions. I could as well do the same at home myself with paper scissors. Very disappointed, to tears, and want to go elsewhere now to fix my butchered hair.

This salon took me in last minute and i was matched with an amazing and understanding hair stylist named Romi! The communication with staff was amazing and the hair wash was magical. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends and family :)

Yumiko did an AMAZING job with my perm!!! I had never permed my hair before but wanted to try something new. I walked in and she told me that she couldn’t perm bleached hair (I had a loooot of bleached blue streaks in my hair), but she was able to cut out the blue and do a great perm. I’m very happy with it :) the salon was also super cute. I’ll definitely be coming back!
