Rarely get hair done(2yrs) The facility was wonderfully clean & the hairdresser was fantastic. My hair hasn't looked this good in years. Answered all my questions politely.
I called to make an appt and merchant never called back. The merchant's profile says they take walk-ins so I went in person. Door was locked so I had to knock. She answers and I ask if they are open since the door was locked and she responded that they only do appts. I asked how do I make an appt when no one will return my calls. She shut the door in my face. Wow.
