This review is for Dash. I followed her here from a previous salon. Dash is sooo skilled, able to cut AND color anything. She’s given me everything from a neon green blunt bob to delicately highlighted natural 90’s layers - truly a high priestess of hair. On top of that, she’s so friendly and chill. As an introvert, I really appreciate her energy. Highly highly recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I went to Bonnie once and was extremely disappointed with my results. I asked for a purple-y milk tea blonde when my hair was already light blonde and she insisted on bleaching it again, then dyed it the most horrid gray color. When I expressed my concerns about it ageing me and not having the purple tint I asked for like the photo I showed her, she argued with me that it looked "exactly like the photo" even though it didn't and "fixed it" by toning my hair 5 TIMES to a nasty, dull dishwater blonde. My hair was extremely damaged by this point and I left incredibly unhappy. Months later, my hair is still suffering from the damage of her multiple toning sessions even though I just asked for brown to make things as simple as possible. While I cannot speak for the other girls at this salon, the fact that they work alongside Bonnie is disgraceful in itself and I pray that no one is subjected to the same treatment that I was. Apparently the hairstylists here don't know how to use a reference photo to cut someone's hair. They don't take directions or suggestions well. I have been going here for three years and have tried over and over again to give each of the hairstylists a chance to cut my hair how I want it to be cut, and EVERY TIME they mess it up. This time, I asked for a choppy layered cut with curtain bangs and face framing layers. What did I get? A chin length bob with NO layers whatsoever, no curtain bangs, and a shattered confidence. The hairstylists copy and paste the same five hairstyles on everyone, their skills are limited. Do not go here unless you want a basic trim.
