I got my haircut from Kelly. She was extremely rude to me and my experience was unlike any I've had with a hair stylist before. After telling her multiple times what I wanted, she failed to understand and ended up doing something which I did not ask for. What was worse was that she tried to revert the blame on me and told me that I should not have disturbed her in the middle of the haircut. Hairstylists are supposed to work with the clients and not the other way around. I should feel comfortable asking my stylist for what I want at any point during the haircut and they should be considerate; apologize if they made a mistake rather than harassing a client! First time here and Mimi was so knowledgeable and explained things to me about what I should and shouldn't do to my hair. She did an amazing job on the color and cut. I plan on coming here from now on.

Christine took me as a new client walk-in and I received the best service! She took my photo and listened to what I wanted. She took the time to make sure it was perfect, including adding a twist that was very difficult because my hair is short. I look forward to my next haircut and highly recommend this salon with friendly stylists, great prices that are not only available online and listed at the salon, but billed accordingly (cash prices are about $5 less!).
