I live a block away from here and needed a trim a couple of months ago. I told her to get the tips only and try to keep the length. She cut over 4 inch of hair and left it a mess my hair is straight and I don't have allot so the terrible trim was very noticeable I had to wear my hair in a pony tail for the first months since the cut was so blunt never going back
