Kati is amazing!! I recently saw her for a balayage and haircut and I am in love with my new hair! It was quite a big change for me (see before and after pictures), but Kati made it look natural and flawless. She even explained aftercare so that I could get my blonde to last as long as possible. I also loved that Kati told me how much my hair would cost at the beginning of my appointment so that I wasn’t surprised at the end. Kati is absolutely amazing! She has been doing my hair for about a year now and always does an incredible job. She touches up my hair exactly as I want even if I don’t know “exactly what I want”. She is so helpful with suggestions to make my color perfect if I am unsure what to do. I always look forward to my hair appointments with her because she’s so sweet and funny, too! She really takes her time to get to know not on my my hair, but me, as well. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I am always in love with the latest changes we make to my cut and color. She always writes down the formula she uses, too, so we can make little changes as needed. She’s very knowledgeable about products, as well. I constantly ask her for recommendations of shampoos, conditioners, and treatments for my thin hair - she never disappoints with her recommendations!
