I was in a hurry to get my eyebrows threaded and my original person was a bit of a drive so I came here because of the good reviews. I walked in and no one was in there. This older lady I'm assuming is Kiran that everyone talks about was very short with me. So unfriendly and rudely told me to go sign in and sit down. She was so sloppy and careless. She would do one eyebrow and somehow pull hair from the other side because she just didn't care. She missed so many pieces by the end and finished both sides in less than 2 minutes which is too fast to get good quality effort. I would have thought with me being the only one in there she would have taken at least a few extra minutes. She didn't cut the length right at all, barely put any aloe to help the redness and managed to make me bleed. She asked if I liked it and I just said it's okay and she got mad and said what do you want! She angrily said that she could do more and I was so done by this point I just said no thank you and left.
