I’ve had five monthly cuts at this salon and one highlight, always seeing the same stylist. Aside from the first appointment which was on the day and time originally scheduled, the following monthly appointments, always made at the end of the previous appointment, were rescheduled by the stylist, each at least twice and shortly before I was scheduled to come in next. Sometimes the reschedules were a different day and sometimes they were a different time on the same day. The last appointment she reached out to do this for, she rescheduled the appointment time four times in less than a day, so I just cancelled and found a new salon. This constant rescheduling is disrespectful of my time and is unprofessional. The stylist also dropped combs and scissors on the ground and then continued to use them in my hair rather than getting a clean implement from her drawer. She also repeatedly did the opposite of what I asked which was to not give me bangs. I ended up with very thick, long unman

I live near here and stopped by to see if o could get in as a walk in. I had the great fortune to see Den who not only gave me a fantastic cut but also did my brows. She’s an outstanding stylist, very knowledgeable & friendly as well. I’ll definitely return to her - i e already booked my next appointment! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
