I called and got an appointment same day. The woman doing my nails was friendly, quick and did a great job. I got a full acrylic set, and she didn't use too much glue or make my nails too thick. Was gentle while filling my nails. Overall a great experience. The woman doing my toes was also very friendly, gentle and did a great job. This place is now my go to. Was about $90 for a full set, with tips and gel polish, and a deluxe pedicure with wax and hot stones. This place has such good reviews, I was so disappointed. The nail tech I had was not friendly, did not shape my nails well, was quite rough. I'm most upset by the color. I have never asked to change colors after the first nail, but the first color was so far from what the gel sample color I chose was. It happened again with the second color I chose. At that point I didn't want to ask her to start all over again, but i did tell her the color was off and she just gave me an excuse. But I absolutely can't stand the color and I'm going somewhere else tomorrow to have them removed.
