Miss Nails

editing my og review because i was being vague but the owners decided to reply with a lie so here’s the full story to expose them of their horrible costumer service: This review is about the girl named TINA!!! who works in the solan and the manager named ANDY!!! Basically 2 weeks ago I went to the shop with my mom to get our nails done, I showed the girl the picture of the nails I wanted and explained to her in details that my natural nails were really short therefor she should make very delicate, or else they would fall within a week. She started working on my nails and right off the bat, when she was working on my cuticles, she cut it too deep and it started bleeding, she DID NOT even acknowledge that, and kept working without wiping it off. I’m going to cut the story short in this part because it’s gonna be to long, but long story short she finished working on my nails (after rude responses every time I suggested something), and I could tell that the nails were BULKY, THICK, CROOKED

I've been coming to this place for years (before the pandemic) always great service, the ppl are kind never had a problem til I was finally able to come back once they opened up again. The gal did a fantastic job besides cutting too much off my cuticles, so much so that I now have an infection. Very disappointed. When I called to let them know, the guy said what do you want me to do about it? Then told me to soak my toe in salt vinegar and warm water. Services: Pedicure, Waxing

Worst nail experience I ever had... I have been just doing gel at home normally but today we had some time to kill and my cuticles were grown out so I was like let's go get manicures.... What went wrong -Did not groom my cuticles at all before starting. -He barely asked me any questions on what I wanted I told him briefly what I wanted I thought he understood. -He hurt me multiple times with the grinder -My nails were not straight and even I tried to explain this to him he wasn't getting it my husband tried to explain this to him he then handed the the file to my husband - Never once made sure my nails were the same shape or length as my right and left hand ( see attached photo ). -I have acrylic all over my cuticles and fingers and gel all over my fingers -My nails are clumpy and lumpy .. luckily I have a shine polish that makes it less noticeable.
