If I could give zero stars I would, as 1 is too generous. I booked an appointment online 2 days prior to my daughter's graduation. My sister, who was taking her, booked one the day before. Both nail appointments were for the same day at the same time (6 PM). I received a phone call from my sister telling me that when she got there around 6:05 PM, she was told that they were unable to get their nails done. When my sister told them she had an appointment, the woman and man spoke amongst themselves, pointing at the clock and said no. Confused my sister went to show them the appointment confirmation, with appointment details (time and what nail service, including extras they wanted) she was again told no. My daughter and sister said they were so rude and they couldn't understand why. The man told them to come back tomorrow. My sister stated that my daughter was graduating the next morning and that was not an option. I called the business to ask why the refused service. The woman stated

I’ve been looking for a nail salon near me and I definitely found it I’m very specific what I like and they do everything! They take their time and are all super sweet and all very talented. They offer you a cold water bottle as soon as you sit down. It’s very clean and have a huge selection of colors gels and powder. I have been here 3-4 times and will continue to come back. I get a pedicure with an acrylic overlay on my toes and a full set when I come and I have not been disappointed.
