Lisa M. is a skillful, diligent and caring hair stylist. I have followed her work and her from other salons and since she relocated to the Roseville location of Willo Salons, because of her sheer talent and passion for her work. Lisa attends/attunes to what I might be looking for as far as hair style, color and overall self-expression and delivers her professional recommendation. I am always happy with the result and happy she did not move out of state. Thanks Lisa!

Brianna performed my service - she confirmed my inspo pictures provided were something she could do - she asked a few of the other stylist for advice - the bleach placement was great (bleaches out part of my eyebrow) - she toned it and mentioned to me that my hair was a little green and to wash it a few times to 'wash it out' - that was Tuesday August 16th and I still have green hair - I spoke with the manager CHELSEA today and she explained that all they do it offer to correct my hair by having me serviced by a higher leveled stylist - mind you I came to this salon to get another salons work correct (picture provided of my before) - as a customer when I get bad service or NOT what I asked for why in the WORLD would I return - I asked for my money back and CHELSEA said we DO NOT give refunds and proceeded to hang up on me before giving me her name This is NOT good business. DO NOT use this salon for your hair needs!!!!! Services: Hair coloring, Balayage
