Firstly, you cannot get ahold of anyone via phone. When you call the machine tells you to go online and get matched with a stylist on their website. So, I did that. I answered the questions about my hair type and the cut and color I wanted. I was "matched" with 3 different potential stylists. So I reviewed their info and Instagram pictures to see which one could do what I wanted. But there was no way to pick one. They just said they would be in touch. I thought a receptionist might call and ask who I preferred out of the 3 stylists the website matched me with. A week goes by and I finally get a call from one of the 3 stylists I was matched with, Kristie. She said she was calling to make an appointment with her. It was very awkward and uncomfortable having to explain to her that I actually wanted Brittany (one of the other 3 matched to me) because her info and Instagram pictures 100% matched what I wanted. Megan at Tribe Salon and Spa is incredible! She made time to see me before I moved out of town and did an awesome job with my hair. It takes skill to meet someone for the first time and to exceed their expectations of what they wanted their hair to look like! It had been a year since I last had my hair colored and cut and I was a little nervous. Megan listened and explained every step and was patient enough to ask how I like it at each step of the color and cut. I love my new balayge and layered hair. It was my first time going here and I have to say, one of the best experiences! Brittany was my stylist and she is so awesome! She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to go over what she was doing. She was careful with my hair and overall was one of the best stylists I have gone too.
