Supercuts

Store hours are until 6pm. We arrived at approximately 515pm but we were turned away. When asked if the policy is to take walk-ins or by appointments only, they seem confused then finally answered "we take walk-ins but only by appointment". The male stylist went on to answer my question with a question stating, "do you want me to work after 6pm?". Bottom line, if policy is to accept walk-ins, then you accept them - period. Just because the walk-in happens to be during the last hour of a weekend day (and inconvenient to you) isn't an exception to policy.

I went in to get the same hair cut I got on my last visit which happened to turn our pretty good. I showed the stylist pictures of the last cut. This time around my hair was super flat (no style at all). I have pictures to show how bad it came out. The manager noticed I was not happy but instead of asking to see the pictures of what I wanted she asked the stylist “ how much longer are you going to be?!! I looked around but there were no customers waiting so her point was - stop trying to fix the problem and just be done!!!

I made a reservation 20 minutes before they closed and I showed up early. There were 3 people ahead of me and I thought they wouldn't be able to get to me, but they were kind enough to stay a few minutes after to trim my hair. Very kind.
