This place is great and they did such an amazing job on my little guys hair like usual, but I have to say Taylor was absolutely amazing not only at the hair cutting and styling, but also the customer service and upbeat personality. Had the worst hair cut at this place, they write down what you want done so they have it in their system so they know what you like when you come back. This guy goes over it with me then completely screws it up, even shaved a part of my head and can't fix it to even look presentable, he stops and asked what I thought and I made it very clear it was not acceptable. He told me to get out of his chair and threatened me. Never going back! Had to go to another place to salvage the cut as best as possible.
