Came in for a pedicure and first they want to charge 20 more for gel polish?! Which is a joke…. Besides that they didn’t offer us anything to drink which they supposedly normally do….the front desk girl wasn’t that welcoming. We started our pedicures I was there with someone and it being winter we came in closed toed shoes obviously. We finished the pedicures and the women left us there for over 20 minutes never said a word just got up and walked away so we waited and waited and decided to go to the front barefoot to try to get our flip flops from them so we can leave. And the girl immediately told me they were out…..number one you'd think that when we scheduled then would tell us to wear flip flops bc they were supposedly out…. So we not only sat there and waited without a word, we were forced to walk into the parking lot barefoot, and the girl up front still had the nerve to asked if we tipped them. This place is wonderful! I’ve been coming here for over a year and I always leave relaxed and with beautiful nails. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is very elegant and relaxing.
