Victoria was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. She helped me cut almost a foot off my hair and made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I loved the end result!

I was in pretty desperate need of a haircut. I'm usually on top of it and get it done every 6-7wks...idk what happened. I found out about Aura Salon due to their stylist Jordan who used to color and cut a friend's hair. Jordan also did her updo for her wedding and it was beautiful. Jordan did an amazing job every time and I saw that this was her current salon on her IG. I asked the employee that booked me for someone that please could cut thick wavy hair since Jordan was unavailable. Lol I booked an appointment with Brittany for my cut since the employee on the phone mentioned her when listing stylists she recommended. Now you've got to be certain and committed to your appointment since they have a pretty strict policy. Where if you don't cancel or reschedule more than 48hrs in advance prior to your appointment then you will pay a percentage of the service.
