Natalie was nice and the space was cute. I went in for a haircut and color. (Vibrant Indigo Blue) She spent a short time cutting my hair and I was content with the cut but I left feeling jipped and very disappointed that I was charged ($115) for basically just a haircut because the color did not show up at all. Even in the sun. She mentioned that it was because of the box dye that I initially used about 4 months ago but I mentioned that weeks before I came in and I should've been informed that it would not show up at all before wasting my money on the dye treatment. I love it here, they’re all so great and welcoming! Britney is a hair goddess, I have been going to her for around 5 months now and my hair has never looked better.
