Employees are very friendly and helpful. Having only two people on the floor is not enough, especially at night. A security guard should be present. There was a shoplifter that just walked out. These ladies kept their cool in a difficult situation.

OMG! I'm 43 and went to Ulta for my first time and I confessed to the first sales person I saw. I asked how do I find a foundation? I've been trying to find a new one for awhile now. We spoke for 30 seconds and she knew exactly what I needed. Confused, asked her how do I find the right color. She color matched me and picked the perfect brand, color, and coverage. I went to pay and I heard there was a rewards program, so of course I had to ask. The cashier took a couple minutes to help me get set up and showed me around the app too. I will be back 100%. The customer service was perfect!!!!!!

I am not satisfied with with my hair color . I asked for blonde and she did highlight brassy blonde. I hate the way it looks. She asked me to show her a picture of my desired hair color and it looks nothing like how I asked. She asked if I liked it I said no because I wanted my hair blonde. She said she was scared of putting too much bleach on my hair but the entire time she kept complementing me about how my hair was bleach fast plus you should always test the hair before applying bleach. I spent over $300 something To get what she wanted not what I asked. My experience was not great I give two stars because she was nice and I also tipped
